Erica Rose

Erica is a trailblazer in the field of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, having designed and embedded global EDI practices and established global ERG networks, most recently for The Body Shop. Erica is a skilled and pragmatic change manager with a proven record of implementing business transformation programmes whilst maintaining employee and stakeholder engagement. Erica has worked globally, supporting people across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, North and South America and the UK & ROI, improving workplace practices for over 30 years!
Sneha Kansara
Principal Consultant & Facilitator

A strategic thinker and all-round ‘people-person’, Sneha has always been fascinated by individuals unique stories and lived experiences and how these might impact on their opportunities, creativity and decision-making. Sneha began her career in brand marketing where she delivered high-profile creative campaigns and events within the media, travel, not-for-profit and retail sectors. Working within high performing teams in organisations such as Tui, Discovery Networks, NSPCC, Channel 4, ITV, & Dunelm, she developed a keen and varied understanding of organisational culture, experience in managing large teams and working closely with senior stakeholders.
A social impact role ignited her passion for inclusivity and people development, and Sneha now works as a facilitator, consultant and coach to help clients across the globe increase their knowledge and understanding of creating inclusive cultures to amplify potential. Sneha’s background in brand marketing enables her to harness the power of storytelling to inspire and inform delegates when delivering allyship, leadership development, inclusive communications and culture training. Working closely with the client, Sneha aims to understand their specific needs and articulate these through the design, delivery and evaluation of bespoke projects and training programmes.
Outside of her facilitation and consulting work, Sneha is passionate about using her own lived experience to create positive change. She is a MEFA (Media For All) mentor for Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority talent within the media industry and also volunteers for Brain Tumour Research as a spokesperson in the Midlands representing the charity in press and radio interviews.

Michael is a Talent and Development leader and executive coach, experienced in shaping diverse, inclusive, performance-based cultures. A specialist in increasing knowledge and enhancing organisational performance by unleashing people’s potential.
An experienced facilitator and trainer, Michael’s style is warm and disarming, allowing people space to discuss, explore and reflect on topics.
Pam Cannell

Pam is an employment specialist, who has worked internationally supporting organisations to improve their people practices for over 20 years. Pam most recently supported the NHS to improve their people processes and policies to improve diversity and inclusion in their trusts.

Nicholé is an award-winning race equality campaigner and global keynote speaker who specialises in improving inclusion practices in organisations. Nicholé most recently worked for the CIPD, leading their ‘End Racism at Work’ campaign. Nicholé is a passionate advocate for change and has a pragmatic and solutions focused style.
Martin Mason

Martin is a global leader specialising in Culture, Talent, Performance and Inclusion. Martin’s passion for inclusivity led him to found Unleashed, where he is supporting clients to create happier and more productive workplaces. Prior to leading Unleashed Martin lead culture change programmes and people functions, globally at The Body Shop and Wolseley PLC where he designed and delivered global transformation projects and talent management strategies which brought about significant business benefits.
